Ny i Stan (New in Town) is a meeting place for students and young adults who are looking for a Christian community in Gothenburg. We invite you to come and meet different churches and Christian organizations that offer opportunities for fellowship, worship services, mentoring, prayer and Bible study groups, discipleship training, Alpha courses, and much more.

At the event, 16 churches and Christian organizations will be represented by one or more people whom you can talk to and ask questions. Seek out a particular community that you are especially curious about, or talk to everyone to get a sense of what they have to offer and how you can get involved.

Many of the participating churches and organizations have English-speaking services, groups, or events or offer translation into English.

Ny i Stan is open to visitors from 15:00 – 19:00 (3 PM to 7 PM)
on Tuesday, September 15.

At Hagakyrkoplan, just outside Hagakyrkan in Gothenburg.
In case of rain, the event will move indoors to Hagakyrkan.

Ny i Stan is primarily for students or young adults looking for a Christian community. It doesn’t matter if you’re new in town (or the country), have lived here for a few years, or are a true born-and-bred Gothenburg local, you are welcome!
